FIN FUN now GUARANTEES that you will receive your product or we will send you either a replacement tail or your MONEY BACK! This includes loss for any reason - including theft! More details about this guarantee are provided at checkout.
Carefully review all the shipping information we provide to help you properly choose the best option that will meet your delivery needs. Please also remember that orders do not ship until the next BUSINESS day, and be sure to add this processing time when estimating your delivery date. We are sorry, but Fin Fun is not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control, such as carrier strikes, work delays, severe weather or customs issues.
Shipping Basics at Fin Fun
- Shipping and Delivery prices do not include tax.
- Once your order is placed, you will always receive an order confirmation.
- You can opt-in to receive texts about your delivery status.
- You can always view the status of your order from your confirmation emails.
- Not all shipping and delivery options are available in all locations.
- Most carriers do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.

Shipping FAQs
- When will I receive my order?

Orders placed on Monday-Thursday will be processed and shipped within 24 hours sometimes even faster. Orders placed Friday-Sunday are typically shipped on the following Monday unless it is a holiday. Orders will not be processed or shipped on holidays. After the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping/tracking information.
We do our best to ship your products in an efficient manner. Our shipping estimates use data provided by the shipping provider and some deliveries can take longer to arrive. To ensure that you receive your products in time for a holiday or other deadline, please place your order well in advance.
If you are ordering internationally, please track your package closely to make sure that it is delivered in a timely manner. We have found that our international customers receive their package more quickly when this is done. In the past, some postal services have held onto packages without notifying customers for several days. If your order is late, check with the shipping company or your local postal service before contacting us.
- How do I Track my Order?

Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number, as well as shipping and delivery status updates. You can view the status of your order at any time by clicking on the order link in any of these emails.

- What should I do if I don't receive any emails about my order?

All of the emails from Fin Fun arrive within 5 minutes, depending on your email provider. If you haven't received an email after 5 minutes, check your spam folder for the email.
If you can't find your email, please contact our Customer Service team at customercare@finfun.com or call 844-434-6386 and press option 1. We will do everything we can to ensure your order is correct and gets to you when you need it!
On rare occasions, it may take more than 2 business days for a product to ship due to emergency circumstances outside of Fin Fun's control. Some examples of this include inclement weather, technical issues with providers, or other unusual occurrences.
- Does Fin Fun ship outside of the United States?

Fin Fun will ship to any country that is supported by UPS®, FedEx® or USPS.
- Does Fin Fun include any shipping or handling charges or fees?

Fin Fun does not ever charge shipping or handling fees for direct to customer orders in the Continental United States.
For orders outside of the United States, we will only assess customs, duties, taxes, or fees as required by international law. If there is ever a question about shipping internationally, please contact our Customer Service team at customercare@finfun.com or call 844-434-6386. We will do everything we can to provide cost-effective and timely shipping options.
